Learn and peer up. Take workshops and classes or in house producer and artist training. don’t give up and keep improving with new tools!
What Would You Change In The Music Industry If You Were A Top Music Executive?
I would focus more on independent artist and create placement opportunities. Make sure the music supervisor is giving them equal opportunity as well as minority being recognized.
