The Musical Rebirth of Rogeya, the ‘OUT OF TIME SINGER’

Known to many as the “OUT OF TIME SINGER,” Roger is an impassioned artist whose soulful melodies and poignant lyrics capture the essence of his life’s experiences. As a singer-songwriter, he channels his emotions into music, creating songs that resonate with authenticity and emotional depth. Over the years, he endured a series of hostile work environments that gradually eroded his mental well-being and stifled his creative expression. These toxic situations, filled with harassment and dishonesty, not only challenged his resilience but also dimmed the bright spark of his musical passions.

The turning point came after a particularly distressing incident at work, where a co-worker falsely accused him of mishandling company property. This accusation amplified the existing hostility, culminating in an environment rife with harassment from his boss, even outside of work hours. Overwhelmed and seeking solace, he returned to the sanctuary of his studio, where he rediscovered the therapeutic power of songwriting and singing. This return to music provided not just an escape, but a profound sense of closure and a renewed connection to his inner voice and artistic vision.

“OUT OF TIME” was born out of a collaboration with Dystinkt Beats, whose unique soundscapes captivated him and sparked his creativity. Initially conceptualized two years prior, the track lingered in his mind, its haunting melody and compelling beats echoing his own experiences of pressure and resilience. The recent workplace challenges reignited his determination to complete the song, transforming it into a powerful anthem of overcoming adversity and reclaiming one’s power.

The release of “OUT OF TIME” marked a significant milestone in his artistic journey, reigniting his passion for music that had been overshadowed by professional adversities. This song not only represents his comeback but also symbolizes a reclamation of his artistic identity. Embracing the healing power of music, he is now more committed than ever to exploring deeper emotional landscapes through his songwriting and singing, aiming to connect with audiences who share his experiences.
