Lil Rick Da Snyde Dawg is Memphis trench-bred, faith-forged, and legacy-bound.

From the early days under Lady B Entertainment, he made his mark with Dem Wyte Boyz: Will Bump for Food—a 90s street classic soaked in hunger, grit, and blunt-edge authenticity. But that was just the opening verse.

In 2008, the solo storm hit: Yea, I Rap, featuring underground legends D2ThaLo, ThinIce, and Cazperino. Over 5,000 copies moved by hand, through car trunks and shops like Cat’s Music, cemented his rep as a lyrical bulldozer with zero industry handouts.

Then came the silence before the spiritual storm: 2010’s Death Accels. This mixtape flipped the switch—tracks like “Get Up Out

My Way” carried riot energy, while the chilling closer, “Death Accels,” saw Snyde Dawg metaphorically kill off his rap self, laying the mic down to protest against rot, corruption, and what the game had become. It was a graveyard confession, not a gimmick. A prophet exiting the temple.
