What Has Been The Biggest Challenge In Your Career Thus Far?
The largest challenge of mine is split up between balancing my everyday life and duties. Being engaged, a father, having animals, legal technicalities, School, making ends meat with making money, therapy due to the pandemic and staying in touch with my family/friends. Through all that its very difficult and draining. Most of all keeping positive, remaining strong, and persistent to be up to par with everything. Ill say, It’s a serious multitasking job.
What’s Your Typical Songwriting Process?
Usually ill begin with finding a instrumental beat, but I like to make my own so I’d create a beat. I will not start writing any lyrics until after I have made at least ten or more beats. When I feel I have enough beats I listen to each one repeatedly to come up with course hooks. Some comes to mind immediately and the rest I have to brainstorm. When I’ve completed as many as I can stand or reach a level of comfort with all im working to put together. I proceed to start writing my verses at the same time with listening to the instrumental beat that was chosen with the fitting course hook and lets my words flow. Last, comes the recording and audio cleanup for sounds and noises. I try to refrain from using ad-libs and autotune.
