Reka Kiss,
What Musical Genre Do You Feel Best Describes Your Music And How Would You Describe Your Sound?
when i started out with music-making in the years 2005/2006,i considered myself a folk-guitar singer-songwriter.later,when i became a dj in the Psychedelic trance environment in 2013,i then started to consider myself as a musician of many styles in music.as a dj, i got inspired by electronic music and i thought in 2013 that it would be great,if one day i could combine my folk music with electronic music.so,actually from that time on (2013) i would want to combine folk and electronic music in a new way,but i didnt have the tools back then to do so
How Did You Get Your Name? Is There A Story?

What Are or Have Been Your Musical Influences?
growing up in an environment of many different arts and artists,i learned early on to appreciate all kinds of music as i was listening daily to all kinds of music inspired mainly by my mother who listens to music every day.from the age of 7/8 i started ballet-lessons and listened alot to classical music up until my teenage years.thereafter i developed into a semi-professional modern dance teacher and student, around the age 18-age 20 i choreographed danceperformances, shows with music from the prodigy, janet jackson and some of the other danceable popmusic that was available at that time (end of 90s).
As i always had great appreciation for the acoustic guitar as an instrument,i learned to play the guitar at the age of 19,and from that time on,i tried to play songs on the guitar that i liked.at that time,i prefered listening and playing songs from Sheryl Crow , nirvana, songs from bob marley songs from john lennon, songs from pink floyd songs from REM,the cranberries, the doors, later, after 2008,gogol bordello, imogen heap, damian marley, carla bruni, the red hot chillie peppers and many more 🙂

alot of psychedelic EDM music
What Are You Working On Now? Any Future Collaborations We Can Look Forward To?
i am looking forward to create a new album with more dancehall and reggae music…but i somehow also consider to mix everything of these two up with some folk style…its only a little idea of mine at this moment in time,i am excited, lets see what happens!
What Is Your Ultimate Goal In The Music Industry? What Is Your Plan Of Action?
As i am someone who developed herself by own design,i consider myself a pioneer in producing music of many different genres at the same time, like blues,folk,edm,folk-pop,indie-folk,psychedelic folk.i love to fuse different music into something new 🙂 i think the world really needs new inspiration in music

What Has Been The Biggest Challenge In Your Career Thus Far?
i dont have big challenges,i prefer going with the flow, there is reason behind everything and what i make of life … makes my life great!
What’s Your Typical Songwriting Process?
i tend to get an idea about making a melody when i am deeply emerged in playing guitar.in those moments that i feel life is too much of a hassle, and i take the guitar,i put all my philosophy of the moment on paper…then organizing the lyrics in a poetic way to synch up with my new melody.these moments of new song/new music creation only last for a couple of minutes, then i just let it be,until i feel inspired to finish it up.i never wear myself out,but let the music create itself in the flow of every-day-life,in the flow of its own timing 🙂
How Has Social Media Influenced Your Career As An Artist?
to be honest,as i am a streetmusician at heart, and a streetperformer with jugglingballs,i never really believed that social media would make a big difference in my life as an artist of many styles.i believe in feeling my audience around me,as that gives me all the real reward and true appreciation that i am looking for.

What Did You Do Before You Started Making Music?
i have always been someone who loves to dance/loves to perform and make arts of many colors.i was always someone who enjoys spending time with good friends as well.i graduated from gymnasium in germany/Stuttgart in the year 2001,thereafter i used to work in restaurants/behind the bar,as back in time, this was my kind of work that i enjoyed doing the most.everything in music changed for me when i came to live in a community of musical people back in the year 2005.it was a community that was partially made up by the rainbow family of living light (we exist worldwide, the tribe of many colors).through my new life in this community of musical people,i got motivated to get ahead with music-making,and through these people i still call my friends today, i got motivated to bring my music to the streets…without the great support and help of my musical tribe from that time,i wouldnt be making music today 🙂
Any Advice For Young People (Men or Women) That Want To Succeed In The Music World?
keep on keeping on!
What Would You Change In The Music Industry If You Were A Top Music Executive?
i think the music industry today has pros and cons just like the music industry of the past…yet,i also think that
the audience must get easier access to the underground musicians that refuse to cooperate with big commerce,as i find that those are much bigger talents for the coming years than all the crap that is being thrown at us from all the mainstreammusicindustry.eversince i got online,i prefer looking for my own taste in music, mostly at youtube.these days, there is enough good music being produced by people who need more appreciation!

and this is why i like to be part of your initiative at Rising Star Underground Radio

How Do You Feel About Originality?
Originality is very important to me!
i made it one of my highest aspirations to always remain unique in my music-making
Is There Anything Else We Should Know About You Or That You Would Like to Add?
i love juggling balls … at the moment i am exercising to get ahead to 5ball juggling
